I have been working 3 years as a chef apprentice in Kokkeriet, a Michelin restaurant in the centre of Copenhagen and I do events like pop-ups, catering, food design and styling.
Innovation and ethics, which imply caring about nature and environment are important working principles to me as well as a strong emphasis on the visual presentation and consistency in flavour, textures and comfort.
